Welcome to Lady Godiva's Cat House!
Lady Godiva's Cat House is a relatively small cage-free home based, HCM scanning, TICA registered Sphynx Cattery located in Kansas City, Missouri. Our goal is to produce healthy, happy, beautiful and highly social Sphynx as pets.
We are very attached to our cats and are very particular in the love and care that goes into them. All of our Adult Breeding Candidates receive routine care, viral testing and fecal cytology yearly at Raytown Animal Hospital. They are HCM scanned yearly at K-State College of Veterinary Medicine by a Board Certified Cardiologist. Because we strive to produce the healthiest kittens possible all adults have had a Feline DNA Panel by Optimal Selection. This tests for over 40+ genetic disorders.
Our kittens health and well being is of utmost importance to us. Kittens will not leave our home until they are 12-16 weeks old. Each kitten comes already spayed or neutered, has had a minimum of 2 FVRCP vaccinations, several pyrantel deworming, fecal cytology, ear cytology, microchipped, Veterinary Health Certificate, 30 days Trupanion Insurance, TICA registration paperwork, go home sweater and a copy of all Health Records. We also offer a 1 year congenital Health Guarantee and a 3 year HCM Guarantee. If picking up (always preferred) you will receive a kitten care pack.
Approved application must be completed prior to adopting. We like to learn a little about where our babies are going and the type of environment they will be in. Applications can be held on file if you are not ready to adopt right away.
There is a small $100 nonrefundable deposit required to be placed on our waitlist, if you choose that option. Which of course goes towards the total adoption cost of a kitten. Waitlist positions are given in the order the deposit is received. Please message me before sending a waitlist deposit. Please don't get discouraged if you find that your position on our waitlist is far from the top. The person or persons above you could choose to pass which would allow you to pick sooner.
If any kittens are not reserved by the waitlist, they will then be offered to the public.
